Cogeco Cable extends its digital phone service to Fort Erie
Montréal, May 16, 2006 – Today, Cogeco Cable launched its digital phone service in Fort Erie,
Ontario. Residents will be able to enjoy this attractive offer starting today.
Currently, 47% of homes passed in the Corporation’s territories have access to digital phone
service. Service will continue to be rolled out to most cities in Cogeco Cable’s territories by the
end of 2006.
A comprehensive, accessible, and competitive offering
Residents of all areas served in Ontario can now take advantage of Cogeco Cable’s unique and
all-inclusive digital phone offer for as little as $44.99 per month if they subscribe to Cogeco
Cable’s high-speed Internet and cable television service. They can also benefit from a highly
attractive promotion: up to $15 off their monthly bill for one year. This represents savings of more
than 50% for a similar combination of traditional services at regular rates offered by the
incumbent telephone company in those cities.
