Montréal, September 7, 2010 – COGECO Inc. and Cogeco Cable Inc. plan to release their financial
results for the fiscal year ended August 31, 2010 on Thursday, October 28, 20 10 before market hours.
COGECO and Cog eco Cable’s annual reports will be available on SEDAR and a short press release
summarizing fiscal 2010 fourth quarter highlights will be issue d for each company.
The companies will hold a conference call Thursday, October 28, 2010 at 11:0 0 a.m . (Eastern Daylight
Time) to discuss their financial and operating results.
A live audio webcast will be available on Cogeco’s web site at www.cogeco.ca/investors. The we bcast
will be available on Cogeco’s website for a three-month period. Members of the financial community will
