TREEHOUSE ON DEMAND AND KIDZ ON DEMAND OFFERED FOR FREE TO COGECO CABLE DIGITAL CABLE'S SUBSCRIBERS

Treehouse On Demand and KIDZ On Demand offered for free
to Cogeco Cable Digital Cable’s subscribers
Montreal February 8, 2006 – Cogeco Cable announced today that Canada's first two On
Demand services for children, Corus Entertainment’s Treehouse On Demand and Kidz On
Demand, will be available for free to its Digital Cable customers this February. Furthermore,
Kidz On Demand will be premiering for the first time in Canada on Cogeco Digital Cable.

households in our territories just in time for the Spring break," says Ron Perrotta, Vice President
of Marketing, Cogeco Cable. "Parents and kids are now in control of their favorite animated
series. They can play, pause, stop, fast forward or replay programs as often as desired. On
Demand services prove once more how Digital Cable is the most advanced, interactive, and
convenient technology available today for Canadian television subscribers.”
Treehouse On Demand, a channel for preschoolers, showcases a regularly-updated library of
popular, parent-approved series from Nelvana's internationally acclaimed animation studio and
other independent producer’s. Programs include top-rated preschool hits such as Nelvana's
Max & Ruby, Timothy Goes to School, Little Bear and Berenstain Bears. Kidz On Demand will
feature programs aimed at children six to 12 years old, including 7 Little Monsters, Jacob Two
Two and Dumb Bunnies.
Available to Cogeco Digital Cable customers as part of any digital package at no additional cost,
Treehouse On Demand will be positioned on channel 345 and Kidz On Demand on channel 346
of their Digital Cable service.
